If I could give zero stars I would.

Georgia took over and started their own marketplace which only works on the individual insurance level. If you are looking for group benefits as an employer, you cannot access the marketplace at all. 2 years now I have been unable to find an agent who is certified and able to quote Georgia SHOP plans. Without an agent, you can’t purchase them. Just give it back to the Feds please. You really dropped the ball here.

its just not ethical and you are misrepresenting this company for over 15 years now using a federal name to begin with it sounds like you using this to bring consumers in and then telling everyone your not who your name says you are. since you havent fixed it yet ill be reporting it, this is a disadvantage to all independent agents and this website doesnt even have updated info its really bad john. you acting like you have multiple agents is horrible you know this is unbearable. You are also saying that you are the marketplace and you are not the marketplace

They are absolutely horrible. The customer service team is full of incompetent, unprofessional people who act like they’re angry at the world every time you call. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re a burden. One time they left me on hold for five hours. They messed up my insurance and then tried to blame me—until I told them I had a recorded call proving it was their mistake. At that point, the representative started yelling at me. You can tell the staff are miserable and take it out on customers. When I told one I would pray for her, she actually cursed me out. Avoid this company at all costs.
