I required several smaller plumbing jobs done, Ryan arranged for a plumber to come out but there were several issues that required the need for the appointment to be changed. I was kept fully informed and rung several times to ensure my needs were fully met. A plumber was assigned (Tony) and turned up at the appropriate time/day. Tony was fantastic, he knew his job inside out and was very friendly and helpful. He carried out the work I required without hesitation and very professionally. I had some extra questions on some issues which he took the time to explain what was happening and how to fix the issues if I wanted, which I did and now all my issues are resolved to my full satisfaction. I would recommend the B&B team to anyone requiring there help they are friendly, professional, helpful and put your needs above all else. Thanks to all the team.
