I love Members Credit Union! The only thing I would change is the app. I would add a check deposit on it so you don't have to take time off to deposit a check if you get one.

Lisa went above and beyond helping me get my account started, and later with a auto loan. It was the best experience I have ever had. Very thankful for Lisa and her team! Highly recommend!

The tellers should not ask you to call out your SSN number with other customers waiting in line behind you. They should ask you to enter on the keypad or verify by giving just the last 4 digits...always had good service here and dont want my daughter to have this experience again so please train new tellers to ask for it to be entered on keypad if necessary as I was asked to do the other day when I deposited for her.
