Patricia Palacios deserves a special mention. She was patient, clear, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. You can tell she cares about the people she’s helping, and that level of professionalism stands out. Lumina Las Vegas is lucky to have a team like this, and I’m grateful for how comfortable and well-guided the experience felt. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!
